ICRA Solutions wants to help educate and provide proper ICRA Training & Equipment to hospital personnel in Infection Prevention, Safety, Quality Control, and Risk Management. We provide ICRA Construction in Healthcare Facilities Workshops monthly in-person or virtually. Our hope is Infection Prevention personnel find that these classes help them understand the protocol for facilities, engineering, and construction operations within their hospital and how to better their hospital’s Infection Control Risk Assessment policies.
The latest report from the CDC in 2018 noted that 5% of HAI's (Hospital Acquired Infections) come from construction and maintenance errors.
Our workshops discuss both the original ICRA MATRIX as well as the differences found in the new ASHE ICRA 2.0.

ICRA Solutions has been successful in sending our trainers to facilities/hospitals and performing a 1-2 day workshop for hospital personnel involved in implementing ICRA guidelines during everyday maintenance activities and construction projects. Gathering personnel to learn procedures and policies for implementing ICRA protocols during day-to-day activities makes one feel a sense of confidence and security.
We go over everything from the “Why” to the “What if’s” if ICRA Guidelines are not followed and help personnel determine what ICRA measures should be taken based on the scope of work needed for certain projects. We personalize the training to meet your specific hospital needs. We also can use your ICRA policies & forms within the presentation, leaving personnel who did not understand proper ICRA protocol feeling much more at ease and educated.

ICRA Solutions works with hospitals and contractors nationwide. We have containment items to fit all classes involved in the ICRA MATRIX and ICRA 2.0 MATRIX. ICRA Solutions provides dust control and containment equipment from reputable manufactures such as: Patient Isolation Systems w/ UV lights for negative or positive pressure, small to large negative air machines, pressure monitors, and modular containment items from Edge Guard and HEPACART.
During construction, contractors must follow Infection Control Risk Assessment processes using the ICRA Risk Class Matrix.
